On October, 16th the president of Kabardino-Balkariya Arsen Kanokov met compatriots arrived from abroad for studying in the high schools of the republic and suggested them to remain in KBR with the purpose of employment.

"It is desirable that you after your studying here would have staid to live and to work on the historical native land", - A.Kanokov told, addressing to the students.

According to "Interfax", A.Kanokov promised the students to help them with employment, allocation of land, solving their housing problem. He also expressed his readiness to found a presidential fund based on unappropriated means for foreign compatriots’ support. A.Kanokov declared that the natives studied in the high schools of KBR could train in European business-schools together with youth from Kabardino-Balkaria under the presidential professional training program operating in the region for the second year.

During the meeting the students mentioned problems of reduction of quotas for studying in the high schools of the republic, the irregular aviation transporting, long passage of the customs post, necessity of explanation to them the requirements of the local laws. KBR president assured them that those questions would be, whenever possible, solved positively.
