First money transferring under the federal program "Shabby habitation" for Adygeya was done one month ago: 16,2 million rubles - 30 percent of the whole sum they planned. They were allocated with four-year delay. But, as it was found out, now republican officials had difficulties - with its spending. About it they spoke at the glider session of the Cabinet of republic on October, 31st.

The number of people the program concerned made about 2000, as the allocated money would suffice only one fifth part of them. According to the deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services of the republic Ruslan Nybo, corresponding contracts had not made yet, and the main thing, the question was not solved with the families, in which on one or two persons: one member would get 153 thousand rubles – not enough to buy any apartment. In that case the local budget should pay additionally.

Adygeya Prime-minister minister Asfar Hagur remained unsatisfied with the deputy minister’s answer: such issue needed the state approach which should be worked out at the nearest session of the ministry. The deputy minister was ordered to report on corresponding made decision immediately.
