The leader of the presidential in the voting race (organized by natpressru.info) Aslan Khashir, the senator in the Council of Federation of Russian Federation, retired. His post now is occupied by Nurbiy Samogov elected by the deputies on the VI extraordinary session of the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya on August, 24th.
About the elected figure our service only knows that he had earlier worked on the post of the head of the on investment policy agency of Adygeya Republic; then, having been elected a deputy of the State Soviet-Khase of the republic, he became the head of the Trade mission of Adygeya recreated by himself in Moscow.

It became also known that he was awarded with the medal “Glory of Adygeya”.
Aslan Khashir, having serviced the whole term in the Council of Federation, apparently, had not received such medal. Probably, there was nothing to award him for. We shall tell in order to be objective that we, from our part, did not hear anything distinguished about the senator and his activity on his post for which he could receive that award. He held his post somehow ‘silently’. Once he acted with a sharp criticism addressed to Adygeya Government. But in fact they do not award for that. Even if you apologize at once.
Trying to be honest we must say that we also did not hear about something bad Khashir had committed. And we should have heard something negative about him, because as it was told above, he had an imprudence to criticize the republican government, and in reply to his action some compromising evidence should appear. Moreover, maybe, he did not steal (we shall name the usual employment of an official by its true name) there in vain.
As if he did that, maybe today he would have not only the medal but some higher award, too. And in the same place in Moscow, quite in the official way, as there would be no need for him to come back for that to Maykop.
What new will be introduced into the work of the Council of Federation of Russian Federation by Nurbiy Samogov we do not know. And, certainly, we shall not undertake to foresee, if he gets for his new service some other award.
