Questions, concerning the state of the peniteciary system of Abkhazia were discussed on December, 12th by the assistant to United Nations Secretary General Special representative in Georgia Iwo Peters and the head of the Sukhumi Office of the United Nations under human rights Vladlen Stefanov with the president of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh.
